UPDATE: 13th May – Next update Friday 22nd May 2020

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening our Stores from Early June (dates TBC). They will be on a Strict Appointment Only Basis. 

Store Appointments:

We are working with the guidelines and our staff, to ensure that we can practice a safe and comfortable environment for all involved. Initially, the Appointments will be open to New Starters (New to the school) as there will be limited slots available. 

Click & Collect:

We will be accepting click and collects, however these will also require a booking time for collection and will be only available during set times. This will be available to ALL parents and students. More information will be available from 22nd May 2020

Online Ordering:

Our online ordering will be available around the clock as always, however, we are working at a heavily reduced capacity, so orders will take longer to process. We are also updating the website with brand new size guides to help with the measuring process. We aim to have these all up by the 1st of June 2020 (but they are being updated all the time up to then!)

Current Status: 13th May – 30th May.

We are still accepting and dispatching orders. We have a limited number of staff still operating safely in our Warehouse and Distribution. Though there is a little delay we are currently sending orders out on 10-14 working day lead time. Unfortunately, our customer service department is now closed, however we are responding to emails as quickly as possible!

Refunds / Exchanges are dealt with a separate department, so these are taking longer to process than usual – please allow up to 21 Working Days for this to be processed.  Please note we have extended Refund Period – Any Items purchased In April or May will have a 120 Day Refund Time. So you can buy with confidence.

 

School Uniform Supply - Back to School September 2020 

During these unprecedented times, School Uniform Direct are working hard to continue the accessibility and viability of the uniform for your child. As expected, there will be some delays with stock arriving on time with us. However, we are confident that all items will be with us and all orders will be fulfilled.

When should you start placing your orders for Back to School 2020?

Answer: From 1st June 2020.

We recommend that orders start being placed from the 1st of June. Our Early Bird Promotions will be available online from the 1st of June – with discounts on the Uniform Packs saving up to 20%.

 

Will you be open in-store?

Answer:  Yes we still intend to from Early June (Dates TBC)

Initially, this will be an Appointment Only basis for new starters. 

 

Will my uniform be delivered before school starts?

Answer: Yes, we hope most of it, if you order in time!

Currently there are only some small delays in our supply chain. All orders placed in-store or online by customers are dispatched on a first come first serve basis. As such, the recommendation is not to leave it too late to order. We aim to deliver before the start of school, however, there will be a delay to our standard operating and delivery times.

 

What if I order and need to exchange for a different size?

Answer: You have unlimited time to exchange.

All customers are covered with our no limit exchange policy. This means you can change the size of any garment, any time, forever. The garments must be unused, in original packaging with tags and a part of the schools current uniform.

 

What about refunds?

Answer: Refunds until October 31st!

We are extending our Refund Policy to allow any orders to be refunded up to October 31st if ordered in May, June or July.

 

When is the latest I can place my order?

Answer: Try to place them before 31st July!

All orders should be placed by 31st July. We are operational all year round, so there is no time limit as to when you can place your order. Orders are dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. Late orders may not be received in time for school.
